MIND BODY BALANCE: The Mind Body Balance for a chance to work off all that stress and anxiety. The club meets every Monday through Thursday in the Global Studies Center from 2:45-3:30 p.m. Monday is Yoga day, Tuesday is fitness boxing, Wednesday is mindfulness stress reduction, and Thursday is open Gym. Bring your own equipment or use ours. If you do not know how - do not worry, they will teach you. Get control of your stress.
