'Childhelp' Response Hotline

The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is dedicated to
the prevention of child abuse. The purpose of the hotline is to provide a personal response to
individuals who have questions, concerns, or complaints about any child welfare
service or DHS-contracted provider of child welfare services. The DAL is
staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
