PRMS Earns Re-Designation as Schools to Watch

In 2010, Pine-Richland Middle School (PRMS) is being re-designated as a “School to Watch” as part of a recognition program developed by the National Forum to Accelerate Middle-Grades Reform. State leaders based its selection criteria on many factors including the following including academic excellence; responsiveness to the needs & interests of young adolescents; and commitment to helping all students achieve at high levels. The PA Don Eichhorn School: “Schools to Watch” Team visited the school. Members observed classrooms, interviewed administrators, teachers, and parents and looked at achievement data, quality of lessons and student work.
