“Throughout this process, Dr. Brian R. Miller has distinguished himself among his peers for his frank communication style, his ability to articulate his methods and goals, and his record of commitment to quality in education,” said PR School Board President Peter Lyons. “In this process, we sought out candidates locally and nationally and engaged in detailed conversations with the candidates about their experiences. We also discussed with them how they would plan and execute a vision embraced by the community.”
